KVS Class 1 and Balvatika Admission 2026 Eligibility

A Child must be 6 years old for Class-I as on 31st March 2026 in the academic year in which admission is sought (Child born on 1st April 2026 should also be considered)

Age for Balvatika-1, 2 & 3 will be 3 to 4 years, 4 to 5 years and 5 to 6 years respectively as on 31.03.2026.

List of Required Documents for KVS Class 1 Admission 2026

1. A valid mobile number with SIM card,
2. A valid email address,
3. A digital photograph or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission (JPEG file of size at most 256KB),
4. A scan copy of the child’s birth certificate (JPEG or PDF file of size at most 200KB),
5. Details of government certificate in case you are applying under economically weak section,
6. Transfer details of parent/grandparent whose service credentials will be used in the application.
