IAF Group Y Medical Assistant Educational Qualification 2026
- Passed Intermediate (10+2) or Equivalent Exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and with 50% marks in English. OR
Should have passed 2 years’ Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- Candidate with Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy : Passed Intermediate (10+2) or Equivalent Exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. In addition, Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with valid registration from State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrolment will be mandatory requirement.
IAF Medical Assistant Medical Standards Test 2026
- Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cms.
- Weight: Weight should be Proportionate to height and age as applicable for IAF.
- Chest: Minimum chest circumference should be 77 cms and the chest expansion should be at least 05 cms.
- Hearing: Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters by each ear separately.
- Dental: Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.
Air Force Medical Assistant Physical Fitness Test 2026
PFT-I : Candidates have to complete 1.6 Kms run as per the following timing to qualify PFT-I:-

PFT-II : Candidates who qualify PFT-I to undergo PFT-II after 10 minutes of recuperation time. The sequence of exercises and maximum time period are as follows:-
