SSC CGL Result 2024 Notice

1. The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I), 2024 from 09.09.2024 to 26.09.2024 in the Computer Based Mode.
2. Based on marks scored in Tier-I Examination, candidates will be shortlisted, category-wise, to appear in Tier-II examination. Separate cut-offs have been fixed for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer (List-1), Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) (List-2), Statistical Investigator Grade-II (SI) (List-3) and all other posts (List-4).
3. As the Tier-I (Computer Based Examination) was conducted in multiple shifts, marks scored by the candidates have been normalized as per the formula published by the Commission on its website on 07.02.2019. Such normalized marks have been used to qualify candidates for the next stage of Examination (i.e. Tier-II).

SSC CGL Minimum Qualifying Marks 2024

Minimum qualifying marks in Tier-I, Section-I, Section-II & Module-I of Section-III of Paper-I of Tier-II & Paper-II of Tier-II Examination are as follows:

• UR : 30%
• OBC/ EWS : 25%
• All other categories : 20%

Maximum percentage of errors allowed (i.e. minimum qualifying standards) in Module-II of Section-III of Paper-I of Tier-II Examination i.e. DEST are as follows:

• UR : 20%
• OBC/ EWS : 25%
• All other categories : 30%

SSC CGL Result 2024 Resolution of Tie-Cases

In the event of tie in scores of candidates in Tier-II examination, merit will be decided by applying following criteria, one after another in the given order, till the tie is resolved:

1. Marks scored in Paper-II of Tier-II Examination for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO)/Statistical Investigator Grade-II, if applicable.
2. Marks scored in Section-I of Paper-I of Tier-II Examination.
3. Date of birth, with older candidate placed higher.
4. Alphabetical order in which the names of the candidates appear.

4. You will be redirected to new tab with PDF file containing result of SSC CGL Examination 2024.
5. Now, you can find your result easily in the downloaded PDF file by searching on computer using “Ctrl+F” command then either enter your Name or Roll Number, if you are qualified in this examination you will get search result in that file with highlighted text.
