SLET Exam Date 2024
SLET Commission, Assam has issued online admit card at SLET official website https://www.sletne.org for Assistant Professors of the Universities and Colleges through State Eligibility Test (SET) 2024 on 27th February 2024 and it’s examination will be conducted on 17th March 2024 (Sunday) at various examination centers in the Assam state for 6000 vacancies.
SLET Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2024
Syllabus : Presently, the Commission has accepted the syllabus of the NET conducted by the UGC and the CSIR. Syllabus will be available in our website www.sletne.org.
Scheme of Test : The Test will consist of two papers. All the two papers will have only objective type questions of the following forms :
- Multiple Choice
- Matching
- Assertion and Reasoning
- True and False
The test will be held on a day in two separate sessions.

Paper – I shall be of general subject, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.
Paper – II shall consist of 100 objective type questions based on the subject. Each question will carry 2 marks.
Note : There will be no negative marking.
Assam SLET Exam Centre 2024
It is endeavoured to make atleast one centre in each constituent University of the SLET Commission with a minimum 25 candidates. If the number falls short of this in a centre, then the candidates of that centre will be attached to the nearest centre.

How To Download SLET Exam Admit Card 2024
There are following simple steps for online downloading of Assam SLET Examination admit card as under described:
- At first open SLET NE Region official website https://sletneonline.co.in
- In the left side of Home Page under Login section click on the give button as “Login”
- You will be redirected to the login page of State Level Eligibility Test, NE Region (SLET-NE Region).
- In the login page enter your Email Address and Password correctly in the specified input field.
- Next fil Captcha code as shown in the page correctly to proceed further.
- Finally click on Login button to download your admit card and save a copy in PDF or print out for future reference.
