NTA NEET Result 2024 Information
- The National Testing Agency will evaluate the Answer Sheets using standard procedure and the result will be displayed on the website: https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET and thereafter candidates may download their respective Score Cards.
- The NTA will prepare the Merit List/ All India Rank (AIR) as per Qualifying Criteria and other norms as mentioned in Chapter 15 of this Bulletin as well as the relevant regulations/ guidelines of NMC/ DGHS/ MCC and Ministry of Ayush / NCISM /NCH/ AACCC, as the case may be.
- NTA will provide All India Rank and Result will be shared with the DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India and Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India to provide the same to the Admitting Authorities.
- The candidates can download the Result, Marks cum Rank Sheet from the website https://neet.nta.nic.in.
NEET UG Merit List and Qualifying Criteria
- The NTA will prepare the Merit List/All India Rank (AIR) as per Qualifying/ eligibility criteria and other norms as well as the relevant regulations/ guidelines of NMC/ DGHS/ MCC/ DCI and Ministry of Ayush/ NCISM/ NCH/ AACCC, as the case may be.
- In order to be eligible for admission to Undergraduate Medical Courses for a particular academic year in case of General, General-EWS, it shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain a minimum of marks at the 50th percentile in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test to Undergraduate Medical Courses held for the said academic year. However, in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, the minimum marks shall be at the 40th percentile
- To be eligible for admission to the Undergraduate Medical Courses, a candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology at the Qualifying Examination and BDS Course Regulations, 2007 and in addition, must have come in the merit list of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for admission to Undergraduate Medical Courses. In respect of the candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and OBC-NCL categories, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology taken in the qualifying examination and competitive examination (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) must be 40% marks instead of 50%.
How To Download Online NEET UG Result 2024
There are following simple steps for online downloading of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) 2024 result as under described:
- At first open NTA NEET official website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET into your computer or mobile phone web browser.
- In the home page Under Latest News section click on the given link as “Click Here for Score Card”
- You will be directed to score card downloading page of NEET UG 2024
- In the score card download page enter your Application Number and Date of Birth correctly in the specified field.
- Next enter Security Pin as shown in the page correctly to proceed further.
- Finally click on Submit button to fetch your score card from the NTA NEET server.
