Eligibility For MPHC PA & Stenographer Recruitment 2025
Personal Assistant (PA)
- Graduate from any recognized University.
- Shorthand Examination in English from a recognized Board of Shorthand and Typewriting Examination @ 80 words per minute.
- 01 year Diploma in Computer Application from the Institution recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Stenographer
- Graduate from any recognized University.
- English Shorthand exam passed with speed of 80 W.P.M. from Board/ Institution recognized by M.P. Government. AND
- Valid C.P.C.T. score card from M.P. Agency for Promotion of Information Technology (MAP-IT) or any other Agency/ Institution recognized by the M.P. Govt. OR
One year Diploma course passed in Compute Application from Institution recognized by M.P. Government.

MPHC PA and Stenographer Salary 2025
Selected candidates for the post of Personal Assistant (PA) in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh (MPHC) will receive a salary in the pay matrix of Rs.36,200 – 1,14,800/-, while those appointed as Stenographers will be entitled to a pay scale of Rs.19,500 – 62,000/-, as per the provisions of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
