Documents to carry with Admit Card:
- Candidates must remember to carry a Photo ID card along with their Admit Card. The Photo ID Cards may include, Licence, Aadhar card, PAN Card, Passport, Ration Card, Voter ID, etc.

COVID-19 Instructions for IBPS PO Exam
IBPS has released a set of instructions which candidates need to follow when they reach the exam center:
- Wearing masks and gloves is mandatory. No candidate shall be allowed inside the exam venue without a mask.
- Candidates must have Aarogya Setu App in their mobile phones, the status of which will be checked by the Security Guards. Candidates who do not have a Mobile Phone must bring along a self-attested declaration.
- Candidates must carry a transparent water bottle along with them and a bottle of hand sanitizer.
- The rough sheets shall be kept of the candidate’s desk and no extra sheets shall be provided during the exam.
- Candidates shall have to drop their IBPS PO admit cards, photocopy of Identity Proof, and their worksheets in a box after the completion of the examination.
In case of Problems in Downloading the call letter
- Internet-based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, a large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time, etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.
- Please check your entries in the login screen. You should use the Registration number & Password as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto-generated email acknowledgment. Also, make sure that the DATE OF BIRTH you have entered is the same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.
