Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) will declare online written examination result and cut off marks at its official website i.e. https://csbc.bihar.gov.in in the month of November 2024 for recruitment to the post of Constable in Bihar Police / Bihar Military Police and other units and its examination was successfully held on 07, 11, 18, 21, 25 and 28 August 2024 at various examination centers across state for 21,391 vacancies.

CSBC Constable Result 2024 Important Information

1. Candidates securing less than 30% marks in the written examination will be declared unsuccessful for the physical efficiency test.
2. The written exam will not be the basis for the final merit list. The written exam will only qualify for the physical efficiency test.”
3. On the basis of marks obtained in the written examination, as many as five times the number of advertised vacancies will be selected for the physical fitness/efficiency test for each category as possible in the reservation category. In case of non-availability of sufficient number of candidates qualified for the physical test, the ratio of candidates may be suitably reduced by the Central Selection Board.
4. It will be compulsory for the candidates selected on the basis of written examination to appear in the physical fitness test and qualify in it and no relaxation in the minimum prescribed standard of physical fitness will be admissible.

Bihar Police Constable Merit List 2024

The merit list for selection for appointment to the post of constable in Bihar Police / Bihar Military Police and other units will be prepared ‘jointly’ on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate in the three events of physical efficiency test, viz. running, high jump and shot put.
