BSCB Assistant (Multipurpose) Syllabus and Exam Scheme
The structure of the Examinations which will be conducted online are as follows:
- Preliminary Examination: It is carrying 100 marks will cosist of objective type multiple choice question. However, pattern of written test i.e. OMR or Computer Based Test (CBT) will be at the discretion of BSCB. The pattern of question paper for OMR/CBT based written examination will be as under:-

Each correct answer will fetch one marks and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks shall be deducted. The question paper shall be of objective multiple choice.
- Main Examination: It is carrying 200 marks will cosist of objective type multiple choice question. However, pattern of written test i.e. OMR or Computer Based Test (CBT) will be at the discretion of BSCB. The pattern of question paper for OMR/CBT based written examination will be as under:-

Note:- * Candidates can opt either 4 a or 4 b.
The question paper shall be of objective multiple choice.There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
Selection Process
The Bihar State Cooperative Bank Ltd recruitment selection process is given below as per post notification:
- Selection will be on the basis of marks obtained in the written test (Prelims) 10 times of vacant posts will be shortlisted for the Main Examination and 02 times of the vacant posts will be shortlisted for Panel.
- Candidates are clear both examination ie. Preliminary and Main then call for interview and also Document verification.
Merit List
After completion of written examination, merit lists in each category namely UR, SC, ST, EWS and OBC will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the Written examination and Interview. On the basis of merit the candidates shall be shortlisted for verification of original documents and Detailed Medical Examination (DME) as per the category wise vacancies.
