1. Master of Architecture in Urban Design or Conservation or Landscape or Building Engineer.
2. Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
3. At least 05 years’ experience in an Architectural Office.
4. Membership of the Council of Architecture.

1. PG Diploma or Degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Public Relation/Advertisement or equivalent.
2. 06 years Journalism experience or equivalent, experience of publicity and public relation work in a Govt. Department or Commercial Publicity Organisation of repute.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Architecture/ Civil/ Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/ Sociology/ Economics or equivalent.
2. Post graduation in Planning with specialization in any of the field of Town/ City/ Urban/ Housing/ Transport/ Environmental Planning or equivalent.
3. At least 05 years experience in a planning office in development authority or local body or in a Government Undertaking.

3. Membership of the Council of Architecture.

1. Post-Graduation Diploma in Land Scape Architecture.
2. Degree in Architecture or equivalent. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Botany or Agriculture or Horticulture.
3. At least one-year experience in Landscape Planning in responsible capacity.

1. M. E/ M. Tech. in Computer Science / IT with First Class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate OR
2. B.E. / B. Tech./ M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT/ MCA with First Class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate and with one-year experience in relevant field.

1. Obtained a degree in Civil Engineering; OR
2. Passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering; OR
3. Obtained a degree/ diploma in Civil Engineering.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Master of Business Administration or equivalent Master of Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Personnel, HR, Industrial Relation, Real Estate/ Urban Management, Finance; Marketing with specialization in Personnel, HR, Industrial Relation, Real Estate/Urban Management, Finance; Marketing.

1. Possessing Regular Degree in Law or equivalent; and
2. 03 years’ experience at Bar.

Bachelor Degree in Planning/ Architecture.

Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

1. Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics or Engineering College/ institute. OR

Master Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application. OR

Should have passed ‘B’ Level examination from the Deptt. Of Electronics Accreditations of Computer Course (DOEACC).

2. One year experience in Software Development, RDBMS and Data Processing.

Diploma/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Diploma/ B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry or equivalent.

Degree or equivalent with 50% marks or above.

1. Master’s Degree or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree Level; OR

Master’s Degree or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the Degree Level; AND

2. Recognized Diploma/ Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central/ State Government offices / Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous bodies.

1. Diploma or two years’ National Trade Certificate in Surveying or equivalent and
2. Two years’ experience in Survey work.

1. 12th Class Pass or equivalent.
2. Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
3. Skill Test Norms:

   Dictation- 10 min. at the speed of 80 w.p.m.

   Transcription- (only on computer) 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi)

Graduate or equivalent.

2. Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)
