- M.E./ M.Tech. in area related to Semiconductors and Optoelectronics. OR
- PhD (Submitted) in any area of Science/ Engg. related to Semiconductors and Optoelectronics.
Experience:- Candidate having experience in semiconductor device design, fabrication and characterization.
Scientist (Post Code 21, 22, 23, 24, 25)
- M.E./ M.Tech.in area related to Microwaves and Communication. OR
- PhD (Submitted) in any area of Science/ Engg. related to Microwaves and Communication.
